“The act of parading the applicant before the press as evidenced by exhibit was uncalled for and a calcium disregard for his person.

In this regard, the sum of N10million was awarded in Favour of Kayode Oshiyemi against the 2nd, 5the &7th respondents jointly and severally.

In an interview with DV111.com, Kayode said;

Precisely on 14 January, 2017 I went to the FSARS office at Magbon Abeokuta, Ogun state, to secure the bail of Four(4) youngmen in the custody of the 4th and 5th respondents.

These young men were detained for over 3months without access to their family members and counsel. I went there to see them after being briefed by their family members in my office and upon being allowed I notice one of the unlawfully detained boys urinating blood and I complained bitterly.

I was arrested 6months after and charged with all these trumped up allegations
Specifically by the 2nd to 5th respondents
It was a near death experience but I remain dogged.

Efforts to reach the Nigerian police after the judgment to confirm the award proved abortive.
