With the Theme: RECOVER BETTER- STAND UP FOR HUMAN RIGHTS.
As part of the activities to celebrate the world human rights day, *NBA Asaba Human Rights Committee* collaborated with the National Human Rights Commission to undertake sensitization programs, visit to the Delta State House of Assembly, Markets, Television and Radio Sensitization, visit to the prisons.
The Human Rights Committee of the branch celebrated the Human Rights day in the Ogwashi-uku medium correctional facility. The committee obtained data on the number of inmates without Legal presentation in order to render pro bono services and also donated laboratory equipments to start up a laboratory in the prisons, to aid medical tests for sick inmates.
