Nnamdi Kanu: Chief Judge Rejects Justice Nyako’s Recusal From Nnamdi Kanu’s Case

The Honourable, the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Tsoho has rejected Justice Binta’s recusal from Nnamdi Kanu, pro-Biafra agitator’s trial.

This was disclosed to Newspot on Friday by a very reliable source who wished to be anonymous.

Justice Tsoho also returned the case file back to Nyako to handle as there was no compelling  reasons from the defence or the Judge to warrant a recusal.

Recall that Kanu had expressed his displeasure and loss of confidence in Justice Nyako, accusing her of disregarding Supreme Court orders.
