The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo (SAN), announced the decisions to withdraw the 5-count charges against Ms Comfort Emmason following consultations with stakeholders in the aviation sector. The financial implications would surely be felt should the passenger sue the Ibom Airline, FAAN, others for allegedly posting her nudity online while she was being dragged by the Ibom Crew.
Consequently, the Ikeja Magistrates Court discharged Miss Comfort Emmason of charges bordering on unruly behaviour and assaulting the flight crew aboard an Ibom Air aircraft from Uyo to Lagos on Monday.
