A Federal Judge, Judge Arun Subramanian on has denied bail to Sean ‘Diddy’ Comb and for several minutes explained his decision to deny Sean “Diddy” Combs bail.
The judge said;
the defendant must prove he poses no risk of flight or danger to anyone in the community,” Kelner says. “That is key.”
“At least a couple of the 35 witnesses that were called by the government have said that he does still pose a danger to the community,” she says.
Combs’s former girlfriend Cassie Ventura has said the rapper should remain in prison.
Attention now turns to sentencing, which has been scheduled for Friday 3 October.
Both parties will meet with the judge next week for a remote conference to discuss a proposal to move the sentencing date.
