Ola Olukoyede, chairman of the EFCC, handed over the forfeited estate to Ahmed Dangiwa, the minister of housing and urban development, on Tuesday.
Ahmed Dangiwa, the minister of housing and urban development, stated in a press statement that President Bola Tinubu has directed that the recovered estate be completed and made available to the Nigerian public through a “transparent and accountable” process.
The estate would be completed and made available to Nigerians to buy. The question now is, where does the poor come into all of these? If one man could build this, the government should be able to do more even if for the poorer masses to also enjoy what it feels like to live in such places.
