A former deputy governor of Delta State (Barr) Kingles Otuaro has confirmed that he is still a member of the People’s Democratic Party. Otuaro, has dismissed the rumors of defecting to the All Progressives Congress (APC). This dismissal usually comes first before the final defection.
A photograph of the Otuaro circulating online depicts his dumping PDP for APC as is the order of the day in politics.
In a statement signed by his spokesman, Pst. Arex Akemotubo made available to Divaviva111 attributed his interactions with APC leaders to normal cross-party engagements on national issues of mutual interest.
further stating that “such interactions are a testament to the maturity of our democracy and the spirit of collaboration that transcends party differences.”
