The Chief Judge of Delta State, Hon Justice T. O. Diai has directed the Chief Registrar to notify all Chairmen of the Nigeria Bar Association Delta State branches and lawyers that the Highcourts within the state will not sit on Tuesday the 25th day of March, 2025 to enable lawyers attend the Nigeria Bar Association – Sectikn on Business Law(NBA-SBL) Construction and Infrastructure Projects Committee National Conference scheduled to hold in Adana on the said date.
The Chief Judge’s directive was contained in a Notice to All Branch Chairmen with the reference number, DSHCJ/CR/656/Vol.1/33 and dated January 20th March, 2025 which was signed by the Delta State Chief Registrar, Mrs Eloho Okodiya-Onoriose
