This local government area chairman in Edo State is trending over his spoken English. The LGA Chairman was asked to speak to the guests at the reigning monarch’s inauguration ceremony in his community.
Many were surprised by his spoken English, which was not only a mix of pidgin English and poor grammar but lack of expression.
